This balloon was built to be tied down to
the the Eiffel Tower (the one in Las Vegas at the Paris hotel and not in Paris,
France). The day we went out to set it up the wind was blowing at
over 30mph and they moved the event indoors where the gorilla wouldn't fit since
it is so large.
